Impact Generation Global Inc. is a Christ-centered non-profit organization devoted to discipleship, education and counseling, self-empowerment, healthy living, and youth development programs. We are committed to youth empowerment and community transformation through Christ’s love and practical support. As part of our mission, we creatively utilize tools like cycling to reach and engage youth—using it for evangelism, mentorship, and sensitization on pressing social issues such as crime, drug abuse, and alcohol addiction.

OUR MISSION

The mission of the Livingstone Zambia Project is to walk alongside the next generation of youth by empowering them through:

Our ultimate goal is to raise devoted disciples of Jesus Christ, both for this generation and generations to come.

WHAT WE DO

Through generous program funding, we demonstrate the love of God and neighbor by empowering the next generation of youth through various impactful initiatives, including:

  • Bicycle Ministry – Promoting physical health and outreach

  • Job Skills Training – Equipping youth for sustainable employment

  • Carpentry Workshops – Providing practical, hands-on skills

  • Drug & Rehabilitation Counseling – Restoring lives and futures

  • Tailoring Programs – Empowering especially young women with tailoring skills

  • Hygiene Kits for Girls – Promoting dignity and school retention

YOUTH PROGRAMS

  • BOYS TO MEN

The Boys to Men Conference empowers young men transitioning into adulthood through interactive workshops on confidence, leadership, conflict resolution, and self-defense. Expert speakers offer guidance on motivation and personal growth, creating a supportive space for young men to thrive.

  • PASTORS KIDS

The Pastors’ Kids Program is a unique initiative designed to support, mentor, and empower the children of pastors—affectionately known as PKs. While PKs are often expected to lead, behave perfectly, or carry the mantle of ministry from an early age, many silently struggle with identity, pressure, and loneliness. This program exists to walk alongside them with grace, understanding, and intentional care.

  • CYCLE FOR CHANGE

At the heart of our mission is a unique and powerful initiative called Cycle for Change—a movement that uses cycling as a tool for evangelism, mentorship, and social transformation.

Through organized cycling events and community rides, we engage youth in meaningful conversations around faith, purpose, and positive living, while also raising awareness on critical social issues such as crime, drug abuse, and alcohol addiction.

  • ANNUAL YOUTH CAMPS

Our Youth Camps are more than just a getaway—they are life-shaping experiences designed to equip, empower, and uplift young people. These camps provide a safe and vibrant environment where youth can grow spiritually, emotionally, and practically.

  • SCHOOL MINISTRY

Our School Ministry is a purpose-driven outreach designed to help pupils stay focused in school, discover their God-given identity, and make wise life choices. With the rising rates of child abuse, peer pressure, drug addiction, and teen pregnancies, we step into schools as mentors, friends, and faith-based guides.

  • PAD A GIRL

The Pad a Girl Program is a compassionate initiative focused on supporting the hygiene and health needs of the girl child as she navigates the journey of womanhood.

In many communities, young girls miss school or suffer in silence due to a lack of access to sanitary pads and basic hygiene supplies. This often leads to embarrassment, absenteeism, low self-esteem, and even dropping out of school.

Big Ideas, Real Impact. IG Camp

As we step into the next phase of discipleship and growth, our heart has always been to create a space where young people can truly discover their identity and purpose through a relationship with God. During the youth camp, we witnessed exactly that.

One of the most impactful moments came through Joseph Sonda’s teaching on walking in purity and righteousness. It was a message that carried both weight and grace—something that clearly came from time, dedication, and a deep burden for young people. He shared that the journey of righteousness begins with honesty before God: learning to forgive yourself, repenting sincerely, and asking God for forgiveness. From there, a new path begins.

It was a powerful reminder that walking with God is not about perfection but about a willing and repentant heart. That truth resonated deeply with many in the room.

One story that particularly touched us was Ivy’s—a young woman in our family who has faced many challenges in her journey of faith. As Joseph led a time of prayer, we felt led to create space for each young person to encounter God personally. In those quiet, sacred moments, hearts were opened, burdens were released, and seeds of transformation were planted.

Here is what Joseph has to say:

One moment I will never forget is Ivy's story.

She had been going through a season where she felt spiritually numb. She believed in God, but she couldn't feel anything... she just wanted one real touch from Him.

After one of the sessions, we gave the youth time to go and be alone with the Holy Spirit.

Ivy went and sat quietly by the pool and prayed a simple prayer:

"Lord, please touch me and heal me."

She wasn't trying hard. She was just honest. In that quiet moment, something changed.

She later told me that she felt a deep peace come over her, like a heavy weight had been lifted. The numbness started to go, and she knew she had encountered the Holy Spirit in a real way.

The next morning she came looking for me, smiling and full of joy, saying:

"I felt Him. The Holy Spirit came."

That moment alone made everything worth it.

And on the final day, about six young people gave their lives to Jesus or recommitted their lives to Him.
